Join us as a Business Support Manager

  • We’ll look to you to provide support to the leadership team to deliver the regulatory change agenda and make sure the operating rhythm is defined and managed effectively
  • You’ll be maintaining a robust, compliant risk and controls environment, maintaining focus on regulatory change initiatives and regulatory reports ensuring timely and compliant implementation across the institution
  • This role involves a great deal of variety and stakeholder interaction, and you’ll be conduct impact assessments and provide guidance to business units on regulatory requirements and operational implications

What you'll do

As a Business Support Manager, you’ll be working in partnership with business areas to plan and manage business support activities, new initiatives, projects or processes throughout the function, ensuring the consistent application of best practices and processes.

You’ll be overseeing and implementing business-wide regulatory changes. And you’ll also be accountable for monitoring and interpreting regulatory developments from CSSF, EBA, and other relevant authorities, assessing impact on the institution supporting regulatory initiatives, business cases and the provision of local analysis intelligence and commentary.

You’ll also be:

  • Coordinating with compliance, risk, and business teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of regulatory obligations
  • Working with functional heads to continue to support proposition development across the business areas
  • Coordinating business improvement activity across the business, leveraging resources across the wider franchise and organisation
  • Driving regulatory change initiatives, and representing projects
  • Preparing impact assessments and implementation plans for new regulations, providing clear guidance to stakeholders

The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience in financial services with a broad understanding and knowledge of regulatory frameworks, risk and compliance management, governance processes, change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and strong analytical and communication skills to interpret regulations and implement effective controls.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Experience in process design and change management
  • A track record of meeting targets
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
  • The ability to work accurately and at pace under pressure
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
  • Fluency in French language
