Opportunity to Gain Hands-On Experience in the pharmaceutical/Biotechnology Industry

As a Medical Affairs Intern, you will:

• Assist Medical Advisors in the preparation and organization of medical events, including conferences, workshops, and seminars.
• Collaborate with external agencies to coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs.
• Communicate effectively with involved stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure smooth event execution.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing scientific literature related to our products and therapeutic areas.
• Maintain and organize medical databases and documentation.
• Support ongoing projects by preparing presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
• Work with various departments (Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing) to facilitate communication and project alignment.
• Attend team meetings to contribute insights and feedback on ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute.
