Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Mobile Devices Sr Manager

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Maximize revenue and profit by setting sales strategies and plans that focuses on the assigned region/market.
2. Build a foundation for continued revenue and profit creation by identifying new opportunities and linking them to sales.

3. [Sales target setting] Manage the optimal sales target that will drive the growth of the business organization and encourage employee morale.

4. [Sales strategy setting] Implement the optimal release plan and sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target using market, product, and competitor data analysis.

5. [New sales opportunity identification] Drive the identification of new sales opportunities and building of the foundation for continued growth in revenue and profit.

6. [Sales organization design] Review sales organizations and workforce that will bring about the optimal synergy effect and manage them.

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing, Communications, Trade Studies, Mechanical Engineering, Economics
• Academic Background: 8-9 years of experience
• Specific knowledge / skills:
  -Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  -Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks.
  -May manage a group such as coordinating activities regarding costs, methods and staffing.
