• Responsible for the following key service functions:
  • Incident Response
  • Problem management
  • Direct Manufacturing Support for in-scope Endpoints and applications
  • Projects and new support requirement
  • VIP Support
  • Events and standby support
  • Service Request Fulfillment
  • AV Support
  • Asset Management and Tracking
  • Equipment health check and maintenance
  • New asset evaluation
• Serve as the “go to” hands on IT technical SME for the respective supported site
• Can be tapped to configure, deploy, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, ip phones, mobile devices, and other endpoint devices including accessories related to end-user equipment
• Work with ServiceNow application to manage ticket queues, create dashboard and reports
• Reports the following to the Global Deskside Senior Manager and other IT key stakeholders:
  • Weekly Operations Status
  • Monthly team performance
  • Quarterly Operations Review
  • Other ad-hoc report requirements
• Expected to take the lead and be a part of IT continuous improvement initiatives
