The Program & Project Management Senior Analyst supports the end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables through effective team communications and focus on quality including but not limited to all change requests.
Key Responsibilities
Understands project scope, requirements, timelines, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
Proactively manages project execution, monitors deliverables, and removes roadblocks for the team.
Manages schedules, budgets, change requests, and validates impacts, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
Identifies, mitigates, and communicates project risks, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
Ensures compliance with standard methodologies, quality assurance processes, and certification requirements.
Coordinates cross-functional and multicultural teams, assigns tasks, provides guidance, and mentors project resources.
Maintains clear communication with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting project status.
Drives continuous improvement, maximizes project revenue, minimizes costs, and supports hiring activities when needed.
Resolves project conflicts and escalates unresolved issues appropriately.
Required Experience
1+ year experience in Project Management in client facing environments
B2/C1 English level (Written and spoken)
