Agropur is looking for a Billing Supervisor to join its team in St-Hubert.

In collaboration with internal teams, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the activities of your department, while ensuring work quality, meeting deadlines, and continuously improving methods and procedures. You will play a key role in managing billing disputes, supporting special projects, training team members, and integrating new tools such as SAP.

• Salary range 005: $82,600 to $103,200 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and job-related skills).

What this role involves:

• Plans, directs, and oversees the activities of their team;

• Participates in optimizing company methods and procedures;

• Manages complex cases and makes decisions related to billing disputes;

• Recommends practical solutions to improve operational efficiency and resolve issues;

• Provides expertise and support in the development of special projects;

• Distributes work and ensures quality and efficiency of team output, while supporting deadline compliance;

• Ensures all manual transactions are processed for weekly and monthly closings;

• Approves transactions within their sector;

• Writes training plans, maintains user guides, and ensures team coaching;

• Understands business processes, proposes alternatives when needed, and defines ways to implement them;

• Completes employee timesheets, plans and organizes schedules and vacation replacements;

• Supervises the department in the absence of other team leads;

• Oversees document management and archiving;

• Manages billing interfaces;

• Responsible for EDI billing and rejection control;

• Follows up on open orders pending billing across various sites (Canadian customer orders);

• Acts as a subject matter expert in training clerks during plant integration into SAP.

What you need to join our team: 

• Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a team management role in billing and customer service;

• Knowledge of SAP;

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English (English required to work with colleagues in other Canadian provinces).
