How you’ll make an impact
We are looking for a stellar Partner Development Representative to support our NZ based sales team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is energised by a dynamic role, and is an expert in multitasking. We are looking for an operational thinker with a get stuff done attitude!
This role is primarily responsible for facilitating and deepening the relationship with our Accounting and Bookkeeping Partners during the first key phases of our Partners journey with Xero, transitioning them from setup to product utilisation at pace. You’ll be the key Point of Contact, guiding and consulting with Partners as they accelerate through the Xero Partner Program onboarding stages and through to their first stages of growth on the platform. You will also work with a portfolio of Partners through their growth phase. Helping to identify opportunities to cross-sell upsell and strengthen their partnership with Xero, eventually transitioning them to an Account Manager. You will be the first point of call for new Partners signing up to become part of the Xero Partner Program. You will also help with facilitating education, events and forums to support new Partners while confidently using the Xero suite of products is also a key part of driving success in this role.
As part of this role, you will be expected to support a range of operational tasks, projects, and systems/data-related activities, which may evolve and change in alignment with business needs and strategic priorities each quarter. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as you will take on varying responsibilities to contribute to the team’s success in an agile environment.
