Experience in Environmental Health and Safety
Must have completed Environmental Health and Safety training in areas such as OSHA, EPA, DNREC
Experience in safety, and/or environmental technical standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels
Understanding and knowledge of regulatory reports and compliances including experience with ISO.

What extra ingredients you will bring:
Actively participate in all activities that promote a strong safety culture (Near Miss, BOS, Unsafe acts/conditions).
Monitor and analyze HSE KPIs to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
Engage with and contribute to the development and implementation of Mondelez Safety & Quality Standards.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Safety or Quality roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Environmental/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).
Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Environmental/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).
Additional HSE or Quality certifications are considered a plus.
Job specific requirements:
Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and levels.
Travel requirements:
Occasional travel between plants/sites as required.
