As an Operations Associate in Research and Data Services (RDS), you’ll be part of a highly collaborative team to support activities that include payment processing, order requests, content provider management, and reporting. You’ll be a point of contact for client intakes, requests and be responsible for system set-up and maintenance. You’ll manage the tracking of invoices to ensure submissions are done accurately and timely and address all payment/transaction-related questions. You’ll partner with other business areas to complete daily tasks, collaborate to enhance processes, and work on additional projects as needed.

  • You have working knowledge of payment and order requests and can apply it to work assignments.

  • You’re proficient in Excel and have working experience generating timely reports for various business needs.

  • You can proactively identify issues and opportunities to optimize processes.

  • You have sound judgement in resolving matters and escalating risks through day-to-day activities.

  • You’re a curious learner who seeks to acquire and apply additional knowledge over time.

  • You enjoy collaborating within teams and building relationships with internal/external contacts to best support them.

  • You have exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with a proven track record of successfully completing assignments and responding to requests in a timely manner.

  • You embrace opportunities to take on new projects and perform additional tasks as needed.

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree; experience in financial services preferred.

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $70,160-$112,256

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
