About the role

This Partner Success Manager (Enterprise), role sits within our Technical department and acts as the technical right hand to our Enterprise Partner Sales lead. You are the person who takes partners by the hand on everything technical: onboarding, enablement, adoption, and ongoing certification on AvePoint Elements. Throughout this contact you build technical credibility to upsell and cross sell. While our commercial team owns the deal, you own the technical relationship and make sure partners are equipped, confident, and active in the platform. Focus is on our Enterprise Partner portfolio across Benelux and the Nordics.

 

Key Responsibilities 

Partner Engagement & Expansion 

  • Build strong relationships with strategic and existing Backup-only partners through technical credibility.  
  • Develop tailored strategies to introduce and position AvePoint Elements, and support the partner through onboarding and adoption. 
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the partner ecosystem. 

Enablement & Education 

  • Deliver onboarding, training, and certification programs directly to the partners. 
  • Equip partners with sales playbooks, brochures, and technical resources. 
  • Host workshops, webinars, and 1:1 sessions to deepen product understanding. 

Business Planning & Execution 

  • Co-develop joint business plans with partners from a technical perspective. 
  • Track KPIs such as partner activation, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution. 
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align go-to-market efforts. 

Advocacy & Feedback Loop 

  • Serve as the voice of the partner internally. 
  • Gather feedback to improve partner experience and product-market fit. Discover how our technical propositions need to be improved to better impact our partners. 
  • Influence roadmap and messaging based on partner insights. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in partner success, channel enablement, or technical account management. 
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud platforms, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You are a technical professional with a good commercial skillset. You are able to pick up technical responsibilities within a Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills through technical credibility. 
  • Ability to translate technical value into business outcomes. 
  • Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
