We are considering candidates with Associate to Mid-Level of experience; the selected candidate will report directly to the Vice President of Proposal Management and be responsible for successfully supporting our company’s proposal generation process for business campaigns. They will assist with proposal input coordination, status tracking, metric reporting, and process improvement implementation, ensuring the proposal process is executing efficiently and with first-pass quality.
The selected candidate will be expected to learn Spectrolab’s products and capabilities, enabling them to grow their career at Spectrolab if desired, into roles such as a Business Capture Team Lead or a Marketing & Business Development Specialist, a Project Manager… or more!
Position Responsibilities:
Analyze and Improve Processes: Analyze, identify, and implement improvements in proposal process
Gather Requirements and Communicate: Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders and share findings and recommendations
Manage Proposals: Plan, schedule, and manage proposals with cross-functional teams
Monitor Performance & Analyze Data: Track process performance with key metrics and use data to support improvement initiatives
Document and Ensure Compliance: Create and maintain process documentation and ensure it meets standards, regulations, and best practices
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years’ experience managing processes and/or projects
Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Experience developing presentations for and presenting to leadership
Experience working with a variety of functional teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience working in a fast-paced, customer service-related environment
Experience putting proposals / quotes together
Level 3: 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Work Location:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Summary pay range for Associate Level (Level 2): USD $75,650 – $102,350
Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): USD $90,950 – $123,050
