About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and operating scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong hands-on development experience, end-to-end ownership, and a passion for building reliable systems in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern engineering best practices.• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including:

Application development

Unit and integration test development

Production alerting and monitoring

On-call and operational support responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Work with both relational and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries.

• Develop and maintain event-driven systems using Kafka.

• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker in Linux-based environments.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve development and release processes.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices and standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in building production-grade applications.

• Strong proficiency in Java (17 or higher).

• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and REST API development.

• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.

• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Docker, and Linux systems.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile development methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of complex systems.

• Experience with frontend development (e.g., modern JavaScript frameworks).

• Exposure to or experience in AI/ML development or integrating ML models into applications.
