As a member of the CISO leadership team, you will be responsible for oversight and management of project teams, processes, management systems and budgets involved in delivering the goals and objectives of the security programs and projects.

What you will do:

•Lead, organize, coach, motivate, and control multiple Cyber Security projects and teams in the support and delivery of projects and programs governed by the TIS PMO. 
•Accountable and responsible for program management, focused to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
•Estimate and refine the annual cybersecurity program work to support annual budgeting and planning.
•Work collaboratively across TIS departments in the definition of the scope, goals, and deliverables of TIS programs and associated projects to support business goals and Cyber Security objectives.
•Define program and project success based upon business goals and objectives and ensures programs and project outcomes meet the criteria (Time, Quality, Cost, Scope)
• Effectively communicate and manage the project expectations of project managers, owners, sponsors, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with project managers and clients to establish program timelines and milestones/deliverables using the appropriate planning tools.
•Develop executive communications and updates for Steering Committee and Operating committee members.
• Assist project managers to analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas to mitigate project risks.
•Accept and assess change requests and requirements documentation to ensure smooth project progression.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within and between various project teams.
•Collaborate with Management team to manage Operating budget on behalf of CISO and Digital Workplace departments, including providing service costing metrics monthly.
• Apply resource and risk management strategies to build effective performing teams, meet delivery commitments, and minimize and manage risks.

Who you are:

Required:

•A university degree, a diploma from a recognized institution, or applicable experience in the Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Commerce or Engineering field supplemented by management training.
•A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Project Management.
•A Minimum of 5 years of progressive Cybersecurity experience
•Demonstrated ability to think strategically when planning, managing teams, and managing processes.
•Skillful use of interpersonal skills and influence to accomplish work and to ensure optimal team performance.
•Strong experience facilitating project team meetings, cross-functional communication and decision making, and ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
•Sound judgment, problem solving, management, and collaboration in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to problems.
•Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
•PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation desired.
•Demonstrated leadership, resource management, project management, and effective interpersonal skills.  

Preferred:

•PMI Program Management accredited training or accreditation preferred.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
