- Conduct user and task analysis to represent business needs and ensure usability of new processes.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams during the implementation of new processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in business process management.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation and training materials.
- Support change management activities to facilitate the adoption of new processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve process-related issues and address any concerns.
- Participate in process audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement.
- Mentor and coach junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Experience in analyzing and designing business processes.
- Strong understanding of business process management principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in business process management.
- Experience in conducting user and task analysis to gather business requirements.
- Ability to translate business requirements into process designs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
