Location: Hyderabad

Reporting to: DWFS Regional Cluster Lead

About the DWFS Team

You will report to the Digital Workplace and Facilities – Regional Cluster Leader and will be working with multi-functional partners across AMA Sites. You will also be accountable for a large team of P&G's external workplace vendors and suppliers.

For Lease Management, you will also be working closely with Global/ Regional DWFS teams, business unit customers (sales offices, corporate offices, R&D centers) and our global real estate services provider/strategic partner.

Job Description

In the Digital Workplace and Facilities Services team, we own the sites and are the guardians of employee experience. This role is responsible for leading workplace and facilities management of P&G Sites in Hyderabad and potentially other sites in India working with a diverse team of internal and external partners to ensure a seamless office experience. We deliver productivity and care to our colleagues through all our service touch points every single day.

Additionally, you will support lease Management and Transactions for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa meeting the Company's defined business needs for the right space at the right time at the right price and enhancing TSR by generating cost savings, mitigating risk, and positively impacting customer productivity. This includes the integration and optimization of P&G’s real estate portfolio as a result of business acquisitions and dispositions.

How success looks like

As a Workplace Services – Site Leader, you are expected to lead a team that will transform our workplace through innovation and ensure seamless employee experience through top-notch day-to-day operations. You and your team will be responsible to deliver workplace Facilities and IT Projects in a way that meets our evolving business needs and lead Lease and transactions in line with real estate strategies that creates maximum TSR value and meets the Company’s business needs.

Responsibilities of the role

  • You are the first point of contact for workplace business needs and will partner with regional and global service teams to drive strategy and execution.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders and partner with IT and HR to formulate a vision, strategize and execute action plans to improve the workplace.
  • Implement digital strategies and solutions for areas like mobility, meeting services, productivity tools, etc.
  • Support HSE, Engineering, Physical Security, and Sustainability efforts at the site.
  • Execute the lease and transactions as part of real estate strategies to integrate customer requirements and facilitate decisions based on an accurate and objective evaluation of alternatives against requirements.
  • Deliver P&G's real estate needs by partnering with and providing governance & stewardship for our Real Estate Supplier, as well as working with internal resources such as legal, finance, facilities, and other resources.

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements

To qualify for the position, you must possess the following qualities

  • BS/B.Tech./M.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong project management skills with proven experience in leading projects from definition through execution
  • Strong sense of end-to-end ownership and accountability for user-facing services and employee engagement
  • Fundamental knowledge of Commercial Real Estate practices, procedures, landlord/developer perspective, market understanding, lease administration, workplace design standards, occupancy planning, capital management. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence others to take actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities.
