Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system components, and ensuring smooth operation by resolving incidents efficiently. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system layers to maintain service reliability and support business continuity through timely interventions and thorough problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless incident resolution and system stability.
- Document incident trends and provide feedback to improve system processes and prevent recurrence.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and supporting their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident tracking systems.
- Capability to document incidents and resolutions clearly and concisely.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
