The Rewards Fulfillment & Procurement Team plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless and timely delivery of rewards and incentives to our valued customers. As a member of the Rewards Fulfillment Team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of reward fulfillment, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Job

As a Specialist, Procurement, you will manage new and current relationships with vendors while helping to streamline processes but not limited to various data, reporting, ordering and all aspects of vendor relationships. 

 

The Specialist, Procurement will be responsible for:

  • Being able to effectively communicate, manage, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure a timely, cost-effective, error-free, risk-controlled compliant rewards fulfillment process.
  • Documentation and tracking of all procurement activities, including Inventory management, purchases, payment, and delivery of goods.
  • Providing the Customer Service team with the necessary and sufficient support for queries, investigations, escalations, and verification on rewards fulfillment.
  • Being up-to-date with all campaigns and their respective fulfillment criteria not limiting to current or past campaigns. 

 

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal. 
  • Able to express thoughts and ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Has the ability to build strong and effective working relationships with peers, be a good team player who is flexible and adaptable to the surrounding environment
  • Experience in Operations and/or vendor management is a plus

 

Good to have:

  • Microsoft Office and Google sheet skills to manage database
  • Vendor and operations-related skills, but not limited to vendor management, inventory management, and negotiations.
