About the team
The People Systems team is Xero’s critical people technology solutions. These solutions are Xero’s internal facing systems servicing people, finance, legal, facilities, productivity, collaboration and core IT services. We support a myriad of tools and technologies that are critical to ensuring all Xero's can work efficiently and effectively.
About the role
As a Workday Analyst you will be a key member of the People and Finance Systems team, utilising leading SaaS products; primarily Workday, and any other products such as Lever, Adaptive and NetSuite that form part of our product suite.
Working across departments and geographies, interacting closely with the technical capability and functional capability leads within our team, as well as our key business stakeholders in Human Resources (PX), Finance, Payroll and IT. You will also continue to work with vendors and other third parties providing and supporting our solutions.
