Job Summary
• This role is responsible for deployment through all software development lifecycle stages across distributed systems with a goal of using industry standards and continuous improvements in release processes to ensure scalability and consistency. The role ensures that software applications meet high-quality standards, and implements testing and quality control processes to prevent defects and ensure a positive user experience. The role monitors and scales critical infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoots issues.
Responsibilities
• As part of a team, implements DevOps infrastructure projects.
• Maintains and improves build and continuous integration systems for efficient development and release processes.
• Develops and maintains solutions for operational administration, system/data backup, disaster recovery, and security/performance monitoring.
• Sets up and maintains CI/CD pipelines using tools to automate the build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring rapid and reliable software releases.
• Designs and deploys complex automation, monitoring, and analysis solutions.
• Monitors and analyzes system performance, and collaborates with development teams to optimize and scale infrastructure to accommodate growing user demands.
• Manages the organization's continuous integration and delivery pipeline to maximize efficiency.
• Conducts root cause analysis and manages any incidents that present themselves.
• Secures, scales, and manages the organization's virtual environments.
• Continuously evaluates existing systems with industry standards and makes recommendations for improvement.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in software development, information technology, engineering environment, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

The base pay range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
