We're Hiring a Sales Productivity Representative – Water!
The Sales Productivity Representative – Water role supports regional water sales teams through high-touch order management, forecasting support, and customer-facing coordination activities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring order accuracy, timely execution, and seamless communication between sales, customers, and internal teams, while also leveraging data and systems to improve visibility and performance.
This role is less focused on strategic sales operations and more aligned to day-to-day sales support execution, pipeline coordination, and order lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Order Support Execution
Assist sales teams with proposal support activities, including coordinating data and inputs for prop studies.
Support forecast inputs and updates, partnering with sales to ensure pipeline accuracy.
Manage order and ship date accuracy, proactively coordinating updates and resolving changes with internal stakeholders.
Monitor order reports for missing or incomplete information, driving closure to ensure orders progress efficiently through the system.
Act as a point of coordination between Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
Salesforce & Pipeline Support
Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity and order data within Salesforce.
Assist in pipeline tracking, basic reporting, and data hygiene activities to support sales visibility.
Help drive consistency in CRM usage across the sales team (light enablement vs. ownership).
Forecasting & Coordination
Support forecast consolidation and updates based on sales inputs and order flow.
Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure alignment between customer demand, order timing, and supply availability.
Identify discrepancies between forecast and actual order activity, escalating as needed.
Reporting & Process Support
Generate standard reports related to orders, pipeline status, and forecast updates.
Track key execution metrics such as order completeness, timing changes, and backlog status.
Assist in identifying process gaps and improving order flow efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth order lifecycle management.
Serve as a central coordination point for resolving order-related issues and driving follow-up actions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field is preferred
Language: C1 or C2 English proficiency (written and spoken)
Experience: 2–4 years in sales support, customer service, order management, or demand/operations support
Skills
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (data entry, reporting, pipeline tracking)
Strong attention to detail with focus on order accuracy and process execution
Solid Excel skills (reporting, tracking, basic analysis)
Strong coordination and communication skills across teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
Preferred
Experience in order management or inside sales support roles
Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or fulfillment processes
Experience supporting field sales teams in an industrial environment
