Description -
The Enterprise Process Excellence Senior Lead partners with the FGPO to drive enterprise-wide process transformation and establish a process-led operating model. This role combines deep process transformation leadership with Lean Six Sigma–based continuous improvement disciplines to deliver measurable business value, improve operational performance, and build sustainable organizational capability.
Key Outcomes & Responsibilities
Establish and scale a process-led operating model with clear end-to-end accountability, governance, standards, and cross-functional decision rights.
Partner with FGPO and Digital leaders to enable process standardization, process intelligence, and fit-for-purpose automation.
Lead and or support design and transformation workshops to identify opportunities, define business cases, and drive implementation roadmaps.
Support the definition and operationalization of the North Star, transformation roadmap, and value creation strategy in partnership with FGPO.
Drive process assessment, harmonization, and redesign initiatives to eliminate waste, simplify workflows, strengthen controls, and improve business performance.
Lead enterprise operational excellence efforts leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including identifying, prioritizing, and executing high-impact improvement initiatives.
Partner with FGPO to Establish KPIs, performance management systems, and operating rhythms to track value realization and ensure accountability.
Partner with the FGPO to build and scale Process Excellence Teams (PETs), including scope, staffing, governance, and execution model.
Develop enterprise capability through training, coaching, and mentoring in process excellence and continuous improvement practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and structured problem-solving.
Serve as a change leader to drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, and sustained transformation outcomes.
Provide executive-level communication, reporting, and storytelling on transformation progress, risks, and value delivered.
Core Skills & Experience
Executive leadership experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across global, cross-functional organizations.
Deep expertise in end-to-end process transformation, operating model design, and enterprise governance.
Strong business and financial acumen across commercial, supply chain, finance, services, product, and corporate functions.
Advanced expertise in process diagnostics, redesign, value stream optimization, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs including process mining, automation, AI, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience deploying and sustaining Lean Six Sigma frameworks, tools, and governance at scale.
Strong capability in KPI design, performance management, and value tracking.
Experience building organizational capability through training, coaching, and leadership development.
Strong consulting, facilitation, and workshop leadership skills.
Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills, tailoring messaging for appropriate audience.
Strong change management capability to drive adoption and sustain outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, supply chain, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred.
