Position Summary

The Sr. Analyst, Project Management (IC) role, reporting to the Lead Director, Medicaid Standardization will combine high-level project management with detailed administrative and operational tasks. This dual function is an important role in support of implementing standard processes and improving provider data accuracy.

  • Review intakes assigned to you: ensure you have complete and accurate details in order to assess the next steps for the request.
  • Conducts routine collaboration with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Takes ownership of special projects or ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Lead Director.
  • Lead and manage key strategic projects related to Medicaid standardization initiatives.
  • Use a centralized platform to track project progress.
  • Plan and facilitate meetings, including creating agendas, preparing presentation materials, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items. 
  • Prepare and deliver project progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Administer leadership and guidance to project team(s), fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
  • Install project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.


Required Qualifications

  • 3 years’ experience leading and/or supporting projects using lean tools / Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to research and analyze business challenges, articulate requirements, and communicate effectively to business and stakeholders.
  • Extensive powerpoint & presentation development skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in working on projects or process improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability in managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience in using tools such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
  • Project Management Certification
  • Power BI development skills


Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
