As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The position demands continuous engagement in refining and optimizing applications to ensure they align with evolving business objectives and operational workflows. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and update existing applications to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Document application designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project requirements and technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Anywhere.
- Experience in developing and deploying automation workflows using Automation Anywhere platform.
- Strong understanding of robotic process automation concepts and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and bots.
- Familiarity with integrating automation solutions with various business applications and systems.
- Capability to optimize automation processes for scalability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automation Anywhere.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
