Job Description

Software Engineer II - Test

You are responsible for assessing test results, prepare detailed performance reports, and recommend improvements to ensure compliance with industry standards while working under supervision. You support the integration of new technologies by conducting compatibility and interoperability testing. You develop and maintain automated test scripts and tools to streamline testing, and you analyze system requirements to create comprehensive test plans aligned with regulatory and company policies.

Your role:

  • Performs the role of a specialist by reviewing work products

    Perform in-depth impact analysis of the system and requirement

    Contribute inputs for Test strategy and plan for test activities of the Project

    Supports in project estimation, planning activities related to testing

    Own test case development and peer review process on the responsible area

    Own test case execution process and generate test reports on the responsible area

    Participate in design & technical documentation reviews

    Ownership of Completeness of all test documents

    Manages technical communication with leads/stakeholders

    Contribute in Test Automation to enhance productivity for the assigned features

    Ramp up on the Domain so as to deliver quickly and effectively

    Train and mentor other testers as Subject Matter Expert (SME)

    Provide status update to lead on the work progress

You are fit if:

  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in software testing and preferably in healthcare domain
  • Experience in system testing activities is must
  • Experience in healthcare applications/products is preferred
  • Good knowledge in DICOM, ISO and IEC standards is required.
  • Good fundamentals in regulatory knowledge( Ex: FDA, 510K etc)
  • Experience in programming/Scripting is preferred.( C#, Python etc)
  • Test Automation experience is added value
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

    Openness to collaborate in interest of project/organization.

    Proactive and self-driven, possesses due sense of urgency                  

    Shall be very good technically; possess systems mindset and good problem solving abilities.

    Working with multisite teams, Quality conscious and Process & customer Oriented

How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office-based role.
