Primary responsibilities/essential functions:  

  • Main day-to-day servicing interface between external clients and internal departments within CG
  • Build a strong partnership with regional sales
  • Coordinate with internal groups to answer investment, operational, trade, fee, regulatory, legal, tax and transaction cost related queries from clients, advisors and the KVG.
  • Support the client meeting cycle (logistics, presentation materials, coordinating back up, follow ups), attend and host meetings where relevant and prepare the meeting notes.
  • Coordinate operational due diligence meetings.
  • Building strong and trusted relationships with the KVG entities in the region
  • Coordinate client communications (regulatory, market driven, project outcomes, PM change)
  • Ensure client reporting set up correctly and meets the clients’ needs and monitor ongoing deliverables
  • Liaise with RFP team to deliver DDQs to clients
  • Stay up to speed on regulatory issues relevant to the local market
  • Provide sales/relationship team visibility to client interactions.  Escalate where needed.
  • Partner with the Global Client Activity Team and Client Operations Team to support the onboarding of new clients.

Business & Technical Skills:

  • Client focused mind-set and relevant experience within the asset management industry and proven track record of excellent client service
  • The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience of working within the local financial industry and has knowledge of the KVG structure and regulatory needs.
  • A highly organized, self-driven and committed team player with intellectual curiosity analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM would be beneficial
  • Must be German and English speaking. With strong verbal and written communication skills, and a track record of effective communication with colleagues, counterparties, and clients.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
