Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Document Control Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manage the Document Control processes as the PMO Senior Document Control Manager

What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensure that the Document Control Procedure is followed by the PMO and the PMCs and update the Procedure when needed.
• Manage the EDMS for the Programme which is currently ACC
• Create Workflows for Programme Documentation in the EDMS
• Provide outstanding/overdue weekly log reports
• Manage the PMO Sharepoint
• Training team members on the EDMS
• Strong familiarity with ACC
• Experience in procedure writing
• Experience in managing Sharepoint structure

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Self Motivation to gain alignment on the EDMS with the PMO and PMCs on the EDMS
• Strong verbal and written skills in English
• Willingness to share knowledge and train others on the EDMS and Sharepoint
• HIgh attention to Quality
• 15 years experience in document control
• Degree Qualified
