Mission
Join Addi’s team and help us achieve our mission to become Latin America’s favorite way to pay. Work alongside experienced analysts and managers who own, create, and analyze Addi's products. You'll collaborate with the Risk, Finance, Product, People and Commercial teams, and be provided with a clear development path and key responsibilities in our operation!
In our internship program, we prioritize professional development. You’ll learn in a multidisciplinary environment, focusing on finance, risk, product, people, marketing, and sales, among other areas.
Help identify opportunities for improvement of problems within Addi and scope solutions to market
Practice your newly acquired SQL and Excel mastery
Own a problem end-to-end from 3-6 months, getting it from zero to one
Work with different cross-functional teams to create a strategic plan to reach a concrete targets
Collaborate across products and teams to develop long-term solutions which will bring ADDI closer to reaching our aspirational mission
Students in their last semesters looking for an internship or recent graduates looking for their first job with 0-2 years of experiencie
Self-starter who is incredibly comfortable with uncertainty and has strong opinions about how things should work. also aware enough to realize that, in the end, there’s not much we know for certain and can adjust said strong opinions accordingly.
