We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.
Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.
What does Access offer you?
We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.
On top of a competitive salary, our standard 25 days holiday (which goes up the longer you’re with us), and a matched pension scheme, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.
About you:
As an Account Executive focused on ERP solutions, you’ll be responsible for driving new business through proactive prospecting and building strong relationships with potential customers. In your discovery conversations, you’ll uncover opportunities to introduce the full breadth of our ERP offering, helping clients streamline operations, improve efficiency, and scale their businesses. Your efforts will directly contribute to pipeline growth and increased deal size. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel and engage with customers face-to-face. We’re looking for true new business hunters, confident prospectors and strong closers who thrive on winning deals.
Day-to-day, you will:
Prospect and self‑generate new business opportunities while managing the full sales process for assigned prospects.
Build strategic attack plans, effectively manage a sales pipeline, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets and forecasts.
Prepare clear, professional proposals and respond to RFIs and RFPs for prospective customers.
Provide weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, results, and forecasts.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Extensive experience selling software solutions — including Manufacturing SaaS — with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
Skilled in integrating sales methodologies into the full sales cycle, demonstrating advanced selling capabilities in strategy, negotiation, relationship‑building, and closing.
Excellent presentation and communication skills at all organisational levels, with strong technical proficiency in Salesforce.
Holds a valid UK driving licence and is able to travel as required.
