Summary: As a Media and Graphics Designer, you will design and produce quality graphics and media. You will manage the visual, interactive, and usability design of the media being developed, providing solutions that support project graphic requirements. Your typical day will involve creating visually appealing graphics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the usability and effectiveness of the media being developed. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design visually appealing graphics for various media projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand project goals. - Manage the visual, interactive, and usability design of the media being developed. - Ensure the usability and effectiveness of the media by conducting user testing and gathering feedback. - Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to enhance the quality of graphics and media. - Provide creative solutions that support project graphic requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong understanding of visual design principles and best practices. - Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies. - Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. - Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into design improvements. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 Year education is required.
