Robotics Senior Business Development Manager
The Robotics End Market Team are advertising a senior Robotics Domain Expert role, with a focus on supporting the growth of the robotics business in China. The End Market team is responsible for expansion of ADI revenue globally in the areas of humanoids, fixed robots, and mobile robots. Due to the nature and size of the potential market and the fast pace in China, a need has been identified for a senior strategic position, focused on understanding and identifying emerging critical robotics architectures and design challenges. Also develop an expansive list of customers Analog Devices needs to engage with in order to continue to be the leader in the robotics segment. This position will be critical to drive high value pipeline and revenue growth through customer engagement and technical leadership, ensuring our domain expertise directly impact business outcomes.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Build deep relationships with leading robotic customers to understand fundamental design architectures and identify the next generation architecture trend and how to position ADI as a leader in the robotic space. Work closely with the local sales and FAE teams to uncover new opportunities, understand customer technical needs and drive deeper customer engagement at a system level. Work closely with the industrial vision, motor control, magnetic sensing, connectivity, power, tactile, sensor fusion and AI groups to define breakthrough technologies and solutions to drive deep customer engagements. Expand ADI domain knowledge in the areas of humanoid, fixed robot, and mobile, and the trends in these areas. Be the key liaison between field teams and SAU to align on technology/solution advancement and focused pipeline/revenue opportunities. Stay current on trends in robotics, AI, and sensing technologies, sharing insights to inform team projects and strategy. Expand ADI domain knowledge in the areas of humanoid, mobile, and fixed robots and the trends in these areas.
