About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Senior Analyst/Sr Analyst to support our talent brand strategy, drive marketing campaigns and serve as a key liaison to our global marketing teams and local market unit. This role sits at the intersection of candidate marketing, talent brand and employer branding, ensuring our company's story as an employer of choice resonates across channels and markets.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Brand Strategy & Management
- Develop, execute, and continuously refine the employer/talent brand strategy in alignment with the company's overall brand identity and talent acquisition goal
- Create compelling content that showcases company culture, employee stories, and career opportunities across digital platforms (career site, social media, job boards).
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of talent branding efforts using key metrics (engagement, reach, application conversion, brand perception) and provide actionable insights.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, develop, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, email) aimed at attracting talent and building brand awareness in key markets.
- Collate campaign results and present performance to stakeholders through storytelling, along with recommendations for future testing and optimization.
- Execute campaign plans in alignment with market hiring priorities
- Leverage data analytics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and activities across channels
Global Marketing Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between local teams and global marketing counterparts, ensuring brand consistency and alignment across regions.
- Coordinate the localization of marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging to suit different markets while maintaining global brand standards.
- Facilitate regular syncs with global marketing teams to share insights, best practices, and campaign learnings.
Content & Storytelling
- Develop and adapt content (social posts, campaign assets, event materials) aligned to core talent messaging
- Bring to life Accenture’s employer brand through employee stories, culture narratives, and role-based content
- Maintain consistency of messaging and tone across channels
Candidate Engagement
- Support end-to-end candidate engagement initiatives across different talent segments (campus, lateral, niche skills)
- Assist in execution of events, webinars, and digital engagement programs
- Ensure seamless candidate experience across campaign touchpoints
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance and maintain dashboards (reach, engagement, applications, traffic cost-per-hire influence, social reach).
- Prepare regular reports, analysis and presentations summarizing findings, trends, and strategic recommendations or insights for leadership to improve ongoing campaign touchpoints.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor employer branding activities, and emerging platforms/tools.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work with HR, Recruitment, and Marketing teams for smooth campaign execution
- Coordinate with internal and external teams (creative, media, vendors)
- Support localization of global campaigns for specific markets
Educational Requirement:
Must have:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Skills and Work Experience
Must Have:
- 5-7 years (Senior Analyst) experience in marketing, employer branding, recruitment marketing, digital marketing or a related function.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and content creation.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, email marketing platforms).
- Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel dashboards) is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with diverse, global teams across time zones.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical thinking — comfortable switching between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution
Good to Have:
- Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing platforms
- Background in employer brand measurement frameworks or EVP (Employer Value Proposition) development.
- Certification in digital marketing, employer branding, or related discipline.
