We’ve built a world-class Product team in Hyderabad to support our global product strategy, and we’re looking for a Director of Product to lead that team. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this leader should have experience managing a team of high performing Product Managers and Product Owners, takes pride in growing their direct reports’ careers, and is looking to make an Impact with a high growth company. This leader also will drive Product strategy in our Integrations area, as we work with hundreds of partners across the Utility, Government, and Insurance verticals.

What you’ll do

Strategic & Product Leadership

• Support roadmap planning and prioritization to keep the India and US teams in sync.
• Drive the roadmap for the Integrations team, working with Engineering leaders and the

Product team to design our Integrations roadmap for the future.

• Ensure successful product releases that meet business outcomes and elevate user

experience.

Team Leadership & Coaching

• Lead and grow a cross-functional team of Product Owners, Product Designers, and

Front-End Design Developers based in Hyderabad.

• Coach for excellence: guide discovery, prioritize user stories, hold effective

retrospectives, and drive best practices.

• Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and foster an inclusive,

high-performance culture.

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to hire and coach local product talent, and work with our

career ladder to ensure the team is aligned and progressing.

Process & Delivery Excellence

• Establish and scale product best practices: discovery, documentation, backlog grooming,

sprint planning, and release cadence.

• Drive effective delivery alongside Engineering, QA, and Program teams—improving

velocity, quality, and predictability.

• Continuously improve product processes and tools to align with global standards and

local needs.

Global & Cross-Functional Partnership

• Serve as the main Product point of contact in Hyderabad, partnering closely with US[1]based Product leadership to ensure strategy is understood and delivered. This role is a

member of the Product Leadership Team.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and other stakeholders to align

on goals, features, and outcomes.

 

We’d love you to have:

• 15+ years in Product Management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing and scaling cross-functional product teams (owners,

designers, engineers).

• Strong experience on working on Platforms. Integrating with third-party systems to

enhance a product's value, or integrating different internal modules or products on the

platform

• Strong process orientation with deep experience in agile and lean discovery

methodologies.

• Experience working in a matrixed global organization with US-based leadership.
• Track record in performance management, talent coaching, and hiring.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.
• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or digital payments is a significant plus.
