• Job Description:

SAG-SNL, SAA, AWP, HSM SME is required in Pune for the Global Financial Messaging group. This role is critical in managing global financial messaging SWIFT based applications that connect to the SWIFT infrastructure.

The role demands very high level of commitment and sense of accountability and responsibility towards SAG-SNL, SAA, AWP, HSM applications of global financial messaging team. Role requires person to be dynamic and very hands on not only in terms of technical knowledge but also in project, change, release, stakeholders and vendor management.

Owing to ever changing regulatory framework in various countries, changes will be very high impact and frequent for these global applications. Candidate should be OK to work in challenging and demanding environment. There is need for quick learner, who could understand different applications of global financial messaging at fast pace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full accountability and responsibility of all SWIFT Application applications (SAG- SNL , SAA , AWP, HSM)
• Partner with all downstream applications effectively so that any changes could be communicated to them on time and are well tested.
• Be 70% hands on and rest lead and guide a team of 3-4 employees.
• Build strong relationships with partners, team members and all stakeholders.
• Report status in concise way to all the stakeholders of global financial messaging team at predefined frequency.
• Keep track of projects, programs, release’s (deliveries) and keep statuses aligned with stockholder’s requirement / deadlines.

Knowledge/Experience:

• Candidate should be holding at least bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MCA/MCS
• 8-12 Years of Experience in SWIFT Domain
• Good knowledge of SWIFT protocols and interface implementation.
• Knowledge of SWIFT Fileact, Interact, FIN/MT messages and ISO20022 formats.
• Good Understanding of SWIFT Application like  SAG-SNL,SAA,AWP,HSM & SWIFTNet Browse Services.
• Experience in working with large set-up and businesses globally will be an advantage

Skills Required

• Experience in complete SDLC (development, testing, deployment and troubleshooting) on UNIX and Windows.
• Should have knowledge of Change Management life cycle.
• Should have knowledge Service Now.
• Knowledge of security management tools will be an advantage
• Technically competent, well organized, pro-active and be comfortable discussing issues with business and technical users at all levels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (in science, computers, information technology or engineering) or MCA/MCS

Candidate should be willing to work late in the evening India time on need basis in order to interact with US / UK  team and to meet urgent requests by Clients.
