Job Description:
ROLE PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to support the development, coordination, and execution of event driven marketing initiatives for a B2B client. This role partners closely with paid social and display teams to ensure event activations are strategically planned, properly briefed, and executed on time. The Senior Associate acts as an operational hub—managing timelines, gathering requirements, coordinating assets, and maintaining alignment across channels.
This position is for the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, and works for teams located in Dentsu's agencies in other countries. Has a local support team that leads the integration and relationship with the other members of the Offshore Team in Argentina.
TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
Support the planning process for event related campaigns across paid social, display, and other digital channels including creating and maintaining media plans.
Coordinate activities across internal teams to ensure plans deliver against objectives and stay on time and on budget.
Supports Client Manager and wider team with general client liaison and administration effectively owning day to day communications with the client, ensuring the right teams are engaged.
Support ongoing communication to keep all teams informed of updates, pivots, or new event initiatives.
Builds and develops media owner relationships in order to drive market leading planning for clients.
Manage campaign setup documentation, status trackers, and routing of materials for approval.
Ensure all campaigns meet internal standards, follow best practices, and adhere to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Partner with reporting teams to gather performance summaries and ensure post event recaps are completed.
Manage billing tasks and maintain accurate financial tracking within Prisma.
As part of the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, you must actively participate in the weekly virtual networking meetings with other members of the Argentina offshore team.
You must also participate in the Offshore Team's peer-to-peer engagement activities held periodically in our Buenos Aires offices, except for those who are not located in that city.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., formulas, data organization, pivot tables a plus).
Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective vendor and internal team interactions.
Ability to proactively solve problems and escalate when necessary.
High level understanding of digital campaign workflows.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with B2B or SaaS event marketing programs will be valued.
Familiarity with Prisma or similar media finance systems will be valued.
Prior agency experience, especially in integrated marketing or digital activation support will be valued.
