About the Role

该岗位负责营销员渠道客户经营体系建设

岗位职责:

1、个人常态化经营模式赋能与持续推动

(1)分析队伍现状及市场动态,根据公司经营策略,设计和优化营销员个人客户对接、开发、服务全流程经营管理模式,包括但不限于客户市场细分、客户关系管理、客户发展和客户保留等

(2)开发设计各类线上线下客户激活、管理、经营工具,探索新的方法和创意,有效推动客户关系经营和保留的成功率

(3)规划分公司营销员中台和外勤营销员团队的客户经营赋能模式,组织赋能不同群体,确保赋能效果

2、营销员个人客户社群经营模式设计和赋能

(1)根据客户现状和市场动态,系统性设计线上、线下客户社群搭建、持续运营模式

(2)根据市场动态和工具进化进行模式的更新和迭代

(3)有效赋能营销员渠道中台和外勤团队并持续跟踪反馈和效果

3、营业部赋能与持续推动

(1)理解现有生态圈资源、客户经营场景和一系列活动标准流程、体验支持工具等,设计系列课程和赋能方法,将资源、场景和技战术赋能至各营业部

(2)持续跟踪营业部的客户经营活动情况,推动资源场景在实际营业部的使用,同时收集反馈,支持资源的进一步优化整合和场景、技战术构建的迭代

4、全年波段客户季设计、实施与推动

(1)通过客户研究形成的精准客户画像和现有资源情况,系统性规划设计全年4个大型波段客户季系列活动

(2)构建季度圈客链式经营模式,与分公司合作组织波段客户季活动的具体宣传、运营与推动,提升触访转效果

5、客户达人建设与持续经营

(1)制定客户达人挖掘、运营推动、执行计划、关系维护等系统性策略

(2)潜在客户达人挖掘与培养,制定达人运营策略和执行计划,资源协调与活动宣传,提升合作推广效果

任职要求:

1、全日制本科及以上学历

2、5年以上寿险个险经验,对个险业务及客户经营的逻辑有深刻理解(同时具备前线和中台经验者优先)

3、良好的数据和实战案例的洞察能力

4、强烈的目标感

5、良好的组织协调、项目推进和授课演讲能力
