Overview

Join our global Centre of Expertise in Learning & Talent Development to shape a bold, accountable learning culture across Canada - fueling performance and growth through initiatives that develop talent and advance careers. You will lead gamified, AI‑enabled learning experiences that ignite engagement and accelerate upskilling and reskilling; oversee compliance with Québec’s 1% law; partner with regional and global teams to deploy programs; and consult with business leaders to deliver end‑to‑end outcomes.

Your role

Business Alignment and Learning Culture:

• Diagnose business challenges, consult and translate needs into learning outcomes and experiences that accelerate skill capability and deliver measurable impact.
• Lead initiatives that strengthen the learning culture, elevate performance, develop talent and advance career mobility.
• Design and embed gamified experiences, integration of AI‑enabled learning that accelerate adoption and sustain engagement.
• Analyze program data to inform next‑best actions, refine content, improve adoption, and tell the ROI story.

 Compliance and Governance:

• Oversee governance for 1% law compliance, data capture, reporting, and audits.

• Manage team member responsible for 1% law administration and ensure process integrity.  

 Operational excellence:

• Work cross‑functionally with internal teams (People Hub, HR, business leaders) and external partners/vendors.
• Support team in localization and deployment of development programs.

About you

• Degree in HR, Business, or a related field is an asset.  We welcome candidates from diverse professional backgrounds; what matters most is a proven ability to shape our learning practice into the next era of gamified learning - combining strong design sensibility, deep consultative problem‑solving, and exceptional collaboration.
• 8–12 years in Learning & Talent Development or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to translate business needs into learning strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in bringing innovative learning solutions using digital resources, AI, and gamification.
• Consultative stakeholder management: discovery, problem framing, and influence across levels/functions.
• Learning Experience Design: practice‑based journeys with gamification for impact.
• Digital, AI and data fluency: LMS, authoring tools; insights via Power BI/Tableau, AI coaches/personalization; analytics‑driven decisions and experimentation.
• Creative problem solving: Innovates in lean, dynamic environments.
• Communication & change: clear messaging; facilitation skills that drive adoption and alignment.
• Project management: Plans, executes, and delivers multiple projects independently.
• Mindset: Resilient, can‑do, purpose‑driven, agile; curiosity and ownership over outcomes. Collaboration for cross‑functional partnering; accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong program/project management capability with compliance/governance rigor.
• Bilingual (French & English), fluency in both languages as you will partner with Global teams.
