Your New Role…
The Sales Department at Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This position will play a key role in managing the end-to-end administrative process for content licensing deals for respective territories. Responsibilities will include preparing availability lists for package or volume deals within a deadline, collaborating closely with sales or commercial strategy departments and following up on material deliveries. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Collaborating with Legal, Finance, Contract Management, Rights Management and other departments across WBD to ensure that contract, product notices and amendments are speedily and accurately processed, and that contracts and amendments are fully executed as quickly as possible.
Providing accurate and timely budget forecasting (quarterly and long-term) to monitor sales, revenue and future deals.
Creating Contract Order Forms and liaising with client and legal to ensure swift signature.
Collecting product and rights information from relevant sources (Rights Management, Marketing).
Assisting with analysis of current and future deals, clients’ proposals and ensuring all required support to Sales Team is being provided.
Maintaining smooth working relationships with clients.
Qualifications & Experience…
Experience in a media or broadcast environment.
Minimum Intermediate level Excel skills.
Ability to analyse data and compile reports.
An interest in TV and film content.
Ability to make strategic decisions to meet fixed deadlines.
Close attention to detail.
