Responsibilities: 
•Manage cases in Salesforce relating to Enterprise in an evolving role. This includes managing MLS and Association compliance steps, documenting communication, understanding and executing agreements to obtain data access in a timely and professional manner. 
•Run and deliver timely, well-formatted reports for Enterprise customers on a monthly and as-needed basis. 
•Perform client audits including validating lists and researching as necessary.  
•Collaborate with multiple departments to establish and grow relationships with existing AOR’s and MLS's. 
•Help ensure the organization’s processes remain legally compliant and are documented properly for departments to follow. 
•Contribute to improving guidelines and processes for the department. 
•Assists Enterprise Team with special projects as they arise. 
Job Requirements: 
•High School diploma 
•4+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management environment
•Experience in real estate or software industry is a plus. 
•Demonstrated ability to grasp details of diverse industry. This position involves interactions with potentially 1000+ AOR and MLS organizations across the continent, each possessing their own unique business requirements for establishing a business relationship. 
•Strong communication skills and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. 
•Proficient in Microsoft Office - specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
•Experience with Salesforce and JIRA a plus. 
•Robust analytic and problem-solving skills. 
•Ability to multi-task, especially during times of heavy workload. 
•Professionalism, excellent verbal, and written communication skills. 
•Ability to be a team player as well as work independently.
