The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing principles and practices, with a focus on continuous improvement, waste reduction, and operational efficiency. As a Lean Engineer, you will work collaboratively across departments to identify opportunities for improvement, implement lean tools and methodologies, and drive a culture of excellence within our organization.
