Role Overview
Lead and drive business-side change management initiatives for enterprise programs and transformation projects. This role focuses on ensuring successful adoption by partnering closely with business stakeholders, end users, and delivery teams, with limited involvement in technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end change management for enterprise transformation initiatives
Develop and execute structured change management strategies, plans, and deliverables
Drive stakeholder engagement across business leadership and end users
Assess change impact and implement adoption and mitigation strategies
Design and deliver communication and user engagement plans
Support user readiness, training, and adoption activities
Collaborate with consultants, advisors, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
Contribute to solution design addressing client/business challenges
Support client engagements, including presentations and proposal development where required
Assist in project management to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
Monitor adoption metrics and continuously improve change effectiveness
Collaborate across teams to ensure integrated delivery and consistent client experience
Requirements
7–8 years of experience in change management, consulting, or transformation roles
Strong consulting-style approach with structured problem-solving capability
Proven experience delivering enterprise or business transformation programs
Strong stakeholder management and user engagement skills
Experience working in cross-functional environments (business, operations, and IT)
Strong communication, influencing, and facilitation skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consulting environments or client-facing roles
Knowledge of change management methodologies and industry best practices
Exposure to large-scale transformation or digital programs
Experience working on government sector projects or clients is a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci, or equivalent) will be an advantage
Candidates must have valid work authorization in Singapore. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
