As a Product & Service Manager, you will play a dual role in shaping and supporting the delivery of our business services across key customer segments. On the product side, you will help define, evolve, and optimise our suite of enterprise solutions—working closely with Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Technical teams to ensure our offerings remain competitive, customer-focused, and commercially strong. You will support go-to-market strategies, contribute to roadmap planning, and provide input based on customer and market feedback.
On the service side, you will act as a key point of contact for our Enterprise customers, with a particular focus on our Tier 1 client base. You will oversee service performance, manage escalations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement and service excellence. A core responsibility will include leading Quarterly Service Reviews with Tier 1 clients—reviewing SLA performance, identifying service improvement opportunities, and strengthening long-term relationships.
This role is cross-functional and customer-facing, requiring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to balance strategic product thinking with hands-on service management.
Manage and develop Virgin Media Business’s portfolio of products and services across broadband, connectivity, security, mobile, and cloud.
Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Manager to align product strategy with campaign and vertical market priorities.
Drive product roadmap development based on customer insights, market trends, and competitor activity.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
Monitor and evaluate product performance, using insights to optimise user experience and commercial outcomes.
Support front-line teams with product training.
In addition to product responsibilities, this role also plays a key part in service management—ensuring the delivery of exceptional support to our Enterprise customer base, with a particular focus on our Tier 1 clients. You will act as a key point of contact for service-related matters, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
This includes proactively managing service performance, addressing escalations, and leading Quarterly Service Reviews with Tier 1 customers to review SLAs, identify improvement opportunities, and strengthen long-term relationships.
3+ years of experience in product, service, or solutions management—preferably in telecoms or technology.
Strong understanding of broadband, connectivity, & technology solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and track product success.
Self-starter with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
