This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of an AI Assistant for automotive infotainment systems tailored to the Korean market. You will influence global AI and infotainment roadmaps, and manage a cross-functional local team delivering intelligent, voice- and context-aware in-vehicle experiences for OEM customers.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program management for AI Assistant development within automotive infotainment platforms
Evaluate Korean market, OEM, and user experience requirements and drive product and AI feature development
Serve as the senior customer-facing program lead for Korean automotive OEMs and partners
Manage and develop a local team including AI/Software developers, QA engineers, and project managers
Set goals, coach team members, and drive execution, quality, and accountability
Coordinate with global AI, platform, and infotainment teams to align architecture, data strategy, and releases
Manage program scope, schedules, risks, validation, and release readiness in an automotive environment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience in software development, program management, or product delivery
Experience delivering AI-powered or conversational software products (e.g., voice assistants, NLP, ML-based systems)
Background in automotive infotainment or embedded software development
Proven experience driving product development for local OEM or regional market requirements
Demonstrated people management experience leading cross-functional teams
Strong customer-facing skills with automotive OEMs or strategic partners
Fluency in Korean and professional working proficiency in English
