JOB SUMMARY
The CPAP Fulfillment Supervisor performs, plans, and coordinates the daily activity of all clinical and logistics personnel and functions for the CPAP Fulfillment team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages the CPAP Fulfillment department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of PAP and BiPAP-S products.
• Schedules employees on a daily basis.
• Oversees the shipping, receiving, and distribution of goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner compliant with regulations.
• Responsible for the proper storage and cleaning of equipment.
• Troubleshoots problems regarding shortages and may perform off-cycle product requests.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Ensures Logistics employees unload trucks properly and efficiently.
• Oversees processing duties including, but not limited to, working with intakes and work orders, confirming deliveries, order processing, post-delivery activities, and equipment returns.
• Ensures all clinical personnel are competent on the preparation of all equipment.
• Monitors data and records compliance (e.g., physician prescriptions, sleep study reviews, identification of contraindications, verification of settings, and equipment checks) to quality assurance and control procedures by conducting routine audits of clinical services provided.
• Adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
• Keeps informed of and complies with Joint Commission, federal, state and local requirements, as applicable.
• Performs other duties as required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• This position provides direction, guidance, and supervision to all subordinate employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management, hiring, and discipline of subordinate employees within the department.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Meets company minimum standard of Background Check
Education and/or Experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year in home healthcare industry
• One year supervisory experience
• One year inventory management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience
• Graduate of an accredited program for Respiratory Therapy, Licensed Practical Nursing or Registered Nursing.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations
• Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, or a Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice to conduct the essential duties and responsibilities in accordance with a physician prescription.
• Respiratory Therapists registered or certified by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• All required licensure maintained in good standing with issuing state licensure Board.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee uses his/her hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. The employee uses computer and telephone equipment. Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision and distance vision.
• Strength Aspects:
o Occasionally required to stand and lift objects from 1” to 36” high with weights ranging from 10 lbs - 40 lbs, and carry objects for distances ranging from 1 ft -100 ft.
o Occasionally required to push or pull objects weighing from 10 lbs – 40 lbs, using dollies or carts, or on flat or angled surfaces which may include outdoor surfaces, carpeting or smooth floors.
o Distances pushed or pulled could range from 1-25 ft on average.
o Occasionally required to grip objects with hands, up to 10 lbs of force.
o Occasionally required to grip objects with fingers, up to 10 lbs of force.
• Body Position and Flexibility Elements:
o May be required to climb 20 stairs on average ranging from 3”-10” in height,
o Occasionally required to climb ladders up to 10’ high, in general.
o Occasionally required to bend down at the waist to a torso level of 24” above the floor.
o Occasionally required to reach, on average, 20” away from the body.
o Occasionally required to kneel on one or both knees and squat to perform many of the above tasks.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee rarely is exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
