We operate at the heart of the Commercial Proposal of our business. Our team is responsible for preparing proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment, working based on a predefined sales plan.

You will prepare proposals and bids, participate in negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. You will contribute to the sales plan in a specific region and define strategy for target clients.

As a Sales Senior Specialist - Proposals, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing the end-to-end proposal development lifecycle, supporting Commercial & Sales teams in winning new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Lead the complete proposal lifecycle: RFP/RFI/RFQ analysis, solutioning, content creation, submission, and follow-ups
• Develop high-quality, customized proposals aligned with client requirements and business strategy
• Ensure all submissions are compliant, timely, and tailored to maximize win probability
• Partner with sales teams to shape deal strategies and value propositions, competitive positioning and Support executive summaries with presentations and client discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Product teams) and act as the central point of contact for proposal-related communication thereby managing approvals, reviews, and sign-offs.
• Continuously enhance response quality based on market trends and feedback. Analyze bid outcomes to identify improvement opportunities
• Contributing to prices and conditions and based on predefined contract price frameworks deviating from prices and conditions
• Handling diverse clients in a region.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Have at least 8 years’ experience in sales and commercial in oil & gas or oilfield services industry
• Have extensive experience in tender preparation
• Be a natural, proactive communicator with good customer service skills and be fluent in English     
• Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously                                     
• Have an organized approach to problem solving with good analytical skills
