More About the Role:
- Provide business, technical, and personnel coordination and management in support of a mission-oriented program
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, both written and verbally, and present solutions and ideas in a professional business manner
- Experienced in interfacing with both internal and external leadership
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment that requires multi-disciplinary team interaction and coordination of efforts
- Responsible to the PM for the management and coordination of operational functions in direct support of multiple DoD organizations that may be geographically dispersed
- As part of the Program Management team, you will be the primary interface between the Program Management Team, the employees, and operations recruiting team to ensure the Program Manager’s guidance and program goals are synchronized and implemented across the entire program team
- Responsible for all operational aspects of personnel management to include the oversight and coordination of recruiting functions to ensure daily operations are executed in accordance with program guidelines
- Will work directly with the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Operations coordinator to ensure the program is properly staffed and the performance meets the customer’s requirements
- Daily activities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring personnel receive adequate guidance and direction to perform their daily tasks
- Managing personnel strength of the program and managing the recruiting process to ensure candidates are available to backfill pending vacancies
- Coordination with multiple team mates to synchronize recruiting efforts to ensure efficient and responsive fills of vacancies
- Coordination of operational activities with external and internal CACI and government customer groups
- Resolving program personnel issues as needed
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- Active Top-Secret Clearance/SCI AND meet the requirements of DCID 6/4
- Minimum of eight years of managerial experience within DOD or equivalent Government agencies
- Minimum of three years supporting management of large contracts/programs/projects
- Knowledgeable in geospatial applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
- Strong working knowledge of geospatially oriented data, geospatial intelligence analysis and geospatial databases
- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Minimum five years’ experience with targeting and collection management
- Minimum five years’ experience in special operations intelligence or operational experience within the SOF community

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,500 - $181,500
