SENIOR MANAGER, ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY HR DATA ANALYTICS AND OPERATIONS
The Role
Be a part of the Enterprise Technology Human Resources team! Our team is responsible for driving and delivering technology and function-wide HR and talent strategies for Fidelity Technology organization.
The Senior Manager, HR Data Analytics & Operations supports HR Operations for Enterprise Technology through both ad-hoc and programmatic initiatives. Responsibilities include managing operational transactions, reports, and requests that enable HR oversight. Acting as a subject matter expert in human capital data across Fidelity’s Technology organizations, the Senior Manager delivers targeted research and analytics to inform decision-making across ET, the CIO Council, and the broader technology function. The position requires strong business communication skills to collaborate with senior leaders, sponsors, peers, and suppliers, translating insights into key findings for moderately complex business challenges. Additionally, the Senior Manager leads multiple projects, conducts analysis, and delivers metrics and reporting to uncover trends and support requests from ET business units and the wider Technology organization.

The Team
The group you will work in is the Enterprise Technology Human Resources Operations and Reporting team supporting the Enterprise Technology and the wider Fidelity Technology organizations. This role is an important part of the team delivering high impact HR data analytics and operations support including employee movement, pay review cycles, associate experience, and other initiatives. You will partner with business partners & business leaders across several business units and functions such as Enterprise HR, Finance and Data Analytics. Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
