A Day in the Life

We are seeking a skilled HR Operations professional to join our dynamic global team. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR programs and processes, ensuring efficient operations, exceptional service delivery, and consistent employee experiences. You will bring advanced knowledge of HR systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provides centralized HR administration and support across Global Rewards, GTLD, Global HR Operations, Workday Solutions, Employee Relations and IT.
• Collaborates across the global HR function to establish and maintain operational standards, ensuring accurate transactions and effective program administration.
• Serves as a seasoned individual contributor with responsibility for non-routine, moderately complex administrative and technical duties.
• Provides training, guidance, and support to team members and may lead daily operations.
• Exercises a high degree of initiative, making moderate system or process changes to improve efficiency and solve problems.
• Leads or participates in A3s and facilitates team meetings or moderate-complex projects.
• Applies broad knowledge of MDT HROM to drive consistent and efficient HR operations.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Requires advanced practical knowledge of operational systems.
• Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, the ability to collaborate and create alignment, generate ideas, and set high standards while focusing on the customer and fostering diversity and inclusion in all actions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Thrives in a team environment but can also work independently; able to adapt to all levels of hierarchy and communicate clearly and diplomatically.
•  Possesses strong attention to detail and technical aptitude, with proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and similar tools.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Czechia: 570,400.00 CZK - 855,600.00 CZK | 

 

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
