THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are currently looking for Head of Sales - High Net Worth who is responsible for leading the strategic growth and performance of AIA Vietnam’s High Net Worth (HNW) segment by driving new business development, managing a team of elite HNW advisors, and representing AIA as a trusted brand in the affluent market.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

HNW Partner Business Development: 35%

- Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with external organizations (e.g., private banks, family offices, luxury service providers) to generate high-quality HNW leads.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to co-create compelling value propositions tailored to partner ecosystems.

- Lead negotiations and onboarding processes with new partners.

Sales Management & Client Engagement: 35%

- Oversee HNW sales activities and ensure achievement of business targets across regions.

- Monitor and drive sales performance, pipeline development, and conversion rates.

- Join key client meetings to support HNW advisors in closing high-value cases and enhancing client experience.

HNW Financial Advisor Capability Development: 15%

- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of HNW advisors.

- Design and implement training programs focused on advanced financial advisory, wealth planning, and relationship management.

- Foster a culture of excellence, compliance, and continuous learning.

Brand Representation & Market Leadership: 15%

- Act as the face of AIA’s HNW proposition in the market.

- Represent AIA at industry events, client engagements, and partner forums.

- Champion AIA’s values and elevate the brand’s presence in the HNW space.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Experience:

- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in life insurance, private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory.

- Proven track record in sales leadership, team management, and business development.
- Experience working with HNW clients and understanding of their financial needs and behaviors.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinking with a growth mindset.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centricity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Affluent/HNW segment sales and service.
- MDRT/COT/TOT background or experience managing MDRT-level advisors.
- Existing network in the HNW or financial services ecosystem.
