Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in defining requirements for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications. - Design applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and systems. - Train end-users on the usage of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure. - Strong understanding of CRM concepts and architecture. - Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with integration tools and techniques for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
