Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of processes to drive successful project outcomes.

Role Description:
-Experienced Aspiring Manager / Delivery Lead .The role requires a strong blend of P&C domain expertise, hands-on experience with the Microsoft technology stack (Azure/.NET ecosystem) and experience in IBM AS400 is desirable.
-Proven capability in managing both Application Development (AD) and Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) engagements.
-The individual will act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, ensuring seamless continuity of engagement, driving delivery excellence, and proactively managing governance, escalations, and service improvements.
-Prior exposure to account management, financials, and growth opportunities.
- The ideal candidate should bring 12–15+ years of experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead distributed teams while maintaining high client satisfaction and delivery quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET, IBM AS /400 Administration, Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- Strong experience in designing scalable and high-performance web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET framework.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, to support data services and application deployment.
- Expertise in managing and administering IBM AS /400 systems to ensure seamless integration with custom software solutions.
- Ability to architect software solutions that meet complex business requirements while maintaining code quality and security.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools to drive efficient project execution.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
